The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills. This role is pivotal in shaping our company’s marketing strategy and driving growth in our target market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness in the custom mechanical industry.
  • Plan and coordinate trade shows and events across the US to showcase our products and services, engage with potential clients, and build strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and refine the company’s overall marketing plan and strategy, aligning with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Oversee and optimize SEO efforts to improve website visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance the user experience for potential clients.
  • Actively engage with potential clients during trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote our brand and cultivate relationships.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous growth and success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing and lead generation.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results and contribute to business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices and experience in implementing SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in the mechanical industry or a related field is a plus.
