As a pivotal member of our team, you will be tasked with overseeing projects submitted on our platform, from the bidding stage to delivery. This role involves direct interaction with global manufacturers, making you instrumental in ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Act as the primary point of contact for relevant vendors.
• Oversee global shipping logistics, ranging from express delivery to full container shipments by sea.
• Manage disputes and facilitate communication between clients and vendors.
• Develop and optimize internal workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably within the mechanical industry.
• Proven track record of achieving project objectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate positive relationships across various stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Technical proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and understand technical documentation.
