Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team.
As a crucial link between our marketing efforts and sales team, the ideal candidate will excel in converting leads into opportunities through effective communication and product demonstrations.

The SDR will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential clients, conducting sales calls and video meetings, and providing demos of our platform. A strong understanding of the mechanical industry and manufacturing processes is highly desirable, as is the ability to schedule face-to-face meetings with enterprise companies and self-onboard medium-sized companies.

Responsibilities

  • Take leads generated from marketing efforts and convert them into qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Conduct sales calls and video meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform.
  • Provide product demos to potential users, showcasing the features and benefits of our platform and guiding clients on how to use it effectively.
  • Schedule face-to-face meetings with enterprise companies for the sales team, leveraging a strong understanding of the mechanical industry to engage with key decision-makers.
  • Self-onboard medium-sized companies onto our platform, providing training and support as needed to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts and improve the overall sales process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and effectively converting leads into opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos and effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform to diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of the mechanical industry and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Native-level proficiency in English, with language skills equivalent to those of US users.
  • Availability to work during GMT-5 working hours.

Advantages

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
