Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of the second generation of Sourtech’s platform.
• Hire and manage the R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Implement advanced AI and ML techniques to enhance platform capabilities.
• Ensure the highest levels of security and encryption throughout the platform.
• Drive integration with third-party ERP systems to enhance platform functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and operations to align R&D efforts with business objectives.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive R&D strategy that supports the company’s vision and goals.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of product development, from ideation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors and research institutions.
• Manage the R&D budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the R&D team to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading R&D teams, with a focus on SaaS and marketplace platforms.
• Strong background in AI and ML.
• Experience with third-party integrations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive them to successful completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
